When to see a podiatrist
- Persistent foot pain when standing or walking
- Ingrown toenails, recurring verrucae, plantar warts
- Thickened nails you can’t self-treat
- Heel or arch pain (possible plantar fasciitis)
- Diabetes — annual foot checks are essential
- Sports injuries affecting gait
